A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable deposit reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Service area
Pricing includes travel within 50 km of Ajax, Ontario. Beyond 50 km, distance is billed at $1.00/km round trip.

Cold spark and fog effects require venue approval, and are weather and venue dependent for outdoor use.

Frequently asked
How much does a photo booth cost in the GTA?
Photo booth packages run from $525 for two hours to $900 for six. Bundles that pair the booth with cold sparks and fog run $975 and $1,500. Prints, attendant, backdrop, custom print design and the digital gallery are included at every tier.
How much space do you need?
Roughly 8 × 8 ft for the booth and backdrop, plus one standard 120V outlet within 25 ft. If your venue is tight, send a photo of the corner and we'll tell you honestly whether it works.
Are prints really unlimited?
Yes. Everyone in the photo gets their own copy, every time, for the full booking. No cap, no per-print charge.
Are cold sparklers safe indoors?
They produce sparks without a flame and burn far cooler than traditional fireworks, which is why most indoor venues permit them. Your venue has the final say, and we send them documentation in advance.
Will the haze set off the fire alarm?
We use a low-lying fog that stays near the floor rather than rising to ceiling sensors, and we confirm with your venue beforehand. If they say no, we don't run it.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included within 50 km of Ajax, Ontario, which covers most of Durham, Toronto and the eastern GTA. Beyond that, distance is billed at $1.00/km round trip and confirmed before you book.
Is there an attendant?
Always, for the full event. Loading paper, managing the line, fixing anything before you notice it. We also carry a backup camera and printer to every booking.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak Saturdays from June to October tend to go six to nine months out. Off-season and weekday dates are usually available with far less notice.
What's the cancellation policy?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it holds your date and turns away other bookings. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Can we customise the strip?
Every booking includes a custom design. Names, date, logo, colours to match your decor — proofed and revised until you're happy.

One event at a time
A six-hour booking or either Signature Bundle takes the whole day. We don't split a full-day booking across two events.
Two-hour buffer
Shorter bookings can share a date, but we hold two hours either side for travel, setup and anything that runs long.
Short notice
Booking inside 48 hours? Payment is due in full at the time of booking rather than split into a deposit and balance.
